Dr. Sheshraj “Raj” Dhanashri
Dr. Sheshraj Dhanashri received his doctorates in dental surgery in 2011 from Prestigious New York University in New York. Following his education, Dr. Dhanashri practiced General Dentistry and has been an active member of the dental community in Dayton, Ohio. He takes pride in offering comprehensive and compassionate care to all his patients. He attends continuing education courses to educate himself on recent developments and scientific advances in dentistry.
Dr. Brandi Stephens
A Dayton, Ohio native, Dr. Stephens received her bachelor’s degrees in Biological Science at Wright State University, then earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Ohio State University. Dr. Stephens loves working with children and her passion is to give your child a positive and fun dental health experience. In her spare time, Dr. Stephens enjoys yoga, watching movies and spending time with her family!
Dr. Vinod Miriyala BDS, MPH, CAGS, DDS
Pediatric Dentist and Public Health Dentist
Dr. Vinod Miriyala (“Vinny”) completed his dental training in India (B.D.S) and United States (D.D.S). He is dual trained in Pediatric Dentistry and Public Health Dentistry with a Master’s degree in Public Health, fellowship training in Pediatric dentistry from Ohio State University/Nationwide Children’s Hospital of Columbus and Dental Public Health from University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Miriyala has previously established and directed community outreach and dental public health department at University of Detroit Mercy. He holds academic positions at The Ohio State University, College of Dentistry and Marshall University. He actively teaches dental students, dental residents, medical students and residents, Pediatricians and other primary care providers.
Dr. Miriyala is currently on the advisory board of the Pediatric Oral Health Research and Policy Center (POHRPC) at the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD). The mission of POHRPC is to inform and advance research and policy development that will promote optimal children’s oral health and care. He is also AAPD’S Public Policy Advocate (PPA) for the state of WV. He is also the Chair of Oral Health section for the WV chapter of American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
Dr. Miriyala is a Board of Trustee for Health Path Foundation of Ohio, whose mission is to help all Ohioans reach their fullest potential.
Dr. Miriyala has participated in Evidence Based Dentistry training and Dental Quality Alliance training sessions. He is presently on the Ohio team for Medicaid Quality Learning Academy – one of the first 3 state projects to improve sustainable quality care in oral health. He is a member of organizations like National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA) and Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC) on various aspects of dentistry in public health settings and pediatric dentistry. He is the 2016 recipient of James F. Quilty, Jr. Champions of Oral Health Award in the State of Ohio and also has been recognized by Michigan Oral health coalition. He was the state co-director for the AAPD-Head Start Dental Home initiative. Dr. Miriyala routinely lectures on Pediatric dentistry and Public health issues in dentistry at various study clubs, local, regional and state meetings and educational programs.
Dr. Miriyala is presently a member of the Ohio team of oral health and policy professionals for a national leadership and learning institute to improve quality and access to Medicaid recipients through Dental Quality Alliance. He is also a consultant for Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC) and Smile MD which is an anesthesia providing organization for “in office” general anesthesia.
He has been living and practicing in Huntington, WV for the past 10 years along with his wife, who is a Child Psychiatrist and 2 daughters. Dr. Miriyala goes by the name “Dr.Vinny”. He now lives with his family in Centerville, Ohio and also works part time at Five Rivers Health Center (FQHC) and Centerville Pediatric Dentistry. He consults various health centers in Ohio and is on the steering committee for Oral health at Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC).
